Mapletree Commercial Trust (“MCT”) is a Singapore-focused real estate investment trust established with the principal investment objective of investing on a long-term basis, directly or indirectly, in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate used primarily for office and/or retail purposes, whether wholly or partially, in Singapore, as well as real estate related assets.
The IPO Portfolio comprises three properties located in Singapore‘s Southern Corridor:
(1) VivoCity – Singapore's largest mall located in the HarbourFront Precinct;
(2) Bank of America Merrill Lynch HarbourFront ("MLHF") – a premium office building in the HarbourFront Precinct; and
(3) PSA Building ("PSAB") – an established commercial building landmark and the tallest building in the Alexandra Precinct with a three-storey retail centre, Alexandra Retail Centre (“ARC”), that is currently undergoing asset enhancement works.
MCT has been assigned a Baa2 rating by Moody’s.
MCT is managed by Mapletree Commercial Trust Management Ltd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd (“MIPL”).
