FDS Networks Group Limited is principally engaged in the business of the design and provision of network systems and the integration, marketing and distribution of network products, accessories and software and the provision of professional and technical support services.

The Group's operations and business commenced in 1987, and it has since embarked on new ventures and initiatives that have seen the development, expansion and diversification of its operations and businesses from the provision of dealerboard telephone systems to a one-stop provider of a comprehensive range of network systems integration services and related software and hardware products.

The Group's customers range from International Banks with global wide area networks, and dealing rooms with very intensive voice and data switching demands, down to much smaller concerns which require a hand held approach. The Group's clients consist of substantial users and providers of IT services in the telecommunications industry and the banking and finance industry.

The Group's growth strategy will be driven by the development and expansion of the existing network system integration operation and sales of networking products, accessories and software.
